We were in need of replacing our aged HVAC system, and did a lot of research in advance and received quotes from around the area. We were impressed that the owner actually came out himself to do our initial estimate and answered all of my questions about the installation. They offered options on the equipment to balance out the cost vs. the efficiency, which was also helpful for us to budget. In the end, what matters most is the quality of the installation and the warranty offered, and with Tal answering my questions I had a lot of confidence in the company. They were responsive and scheduled for our earliest convenience. The system was installed in a single day - the team that performed the installation was clean, kind, professional and thorough. They also took the time to ensure my smart thermostat was set up correctly based on the new equipment. It's been a couple of weeks and the system is performing fantastic in this cooler weather - the house is much more comfortable, and our indoor humidity levels and the air quality is optimal. We are going with the regular maintenance contract with TPS as well. I'm really happy going with a smaller, local company as they give their customers the attention that larger companies do not. Use them with confidence!

So my hot water tank decided to break after 20 years and man is it stressful when you have water all over your basement floor but no worries because TPS to the rescue. Within two days they were able to get all the supplies and install it. When I say they are fast, they are fast. The whole team is outstanding !! They took both my hot water tank and heating system out and put in a new Navien Combi. Tankless water heater and boiler all in one. The pro about this, it will save on my Gas bill. Thank you TPS for coming to the rescue and taking my worries away.
